Q1 - What should I do if my child will not be in school?
All absences should be communicated to the school office by a letter, email or by telephone.
If your child is absent due to illness you should ring the school office (01920 462158 , option 1) as early as possible on the first day of your childs' absence. This should be followed up with a letter on the day that your child returns to school. If your child has been absent due to sickness or diarrhoea they must not return to school until they have been clear for 48hrs after the last incident and have managed to eat something. We hope that this will minimise the risk of spreading.
Please refer to our Attendance Policy for details on authorised and non authroised absences.

Q6 - What are the school office opening hours?
The school office is open from 8.30am till 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Q7 - Can I speak to my child's class teacher / support staff?
We strongly support close links between school and home and would encourage you to ask questions, discuss any concerns or important information with your child's class team. However, we would really appreciate if you could try to avoid phoning between 9.15am and 3.15pm unless it is urgent as it disrupts teaching and learning. If you do need to phone in between these times, you can speak to someone in the school office and they will pass on messages or answer queries and get back to you.
Q8 - When are Parents' Evenings Held?
